Discrimination and Rights

There is legislation which provides protection against discrimination at work.
The Sex Discrimination Ordinance which provides protection on the ground of sex, martial status and gender reassignment and the Prevention of Discrimination Ordinance provides protection on the grounds of disability, carer status, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation.
There is currently no protection for the protected ground of age.
